• Jewellery purchased from CarbonFacet may be exchanged at any time subject to conditions.
• Jewellery must be returned in good condition without major damage or alteration.
• The jewellery must not have been altered, resized, or customized.
• The jewellery must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
• Valid Government ID proof is required for exchange/buyback requests.
• Making charges, taxes and certification charges are non-refundable.

2.2. Calculation of Exchange Value:

• Gold Component: 100% of prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange (based on net gold weight).
• Lab-Grown Diamond Component: Up to 100% value based on prevailing CarbonFacet rates and product condition.

2.3. If exchange value exceeds the new purchase, balance will be issued as store credit (valid for 12 months).

3. Buy Back Policy

3.1. Buy Back Eligibility:

• We offer lifetime buyback for jewellery purchased from our website/stores.
• The jewellery must be in original condition.
• Must include original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
• Value determined based on current market rates and evaluation.

3.2. Buy Back Process:

• Contact customer support with product and purchase details.
• Our team will evaluate and provide an offer.
• Follow instructions for shipping if accepted.
• Shipping cost is borne by customer unless agreed otherwise.
• Payment processed after inspection.

3.3. Determination of Buy Back Value:

• Gold Component: 95% of prevailing gold rate (based on net weight).
• Subject to melting loss deductions (if applicable).
• Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of prevailing CarbonFacet rates.

3.4. Buyback Amount May Be Offered As:

• Store credit
• Adjustment against new purchase
• Direct payment as per company policy
